Welcome to Hayley Reed Photography! By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Hayley Reed Photography offers photography services including, but not limited to, portrait, event, branding, lifestyle, editorial photography, and more. Custom packages and digital or physical products (e.g. prints) may also be available.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

• The remaining balance is due as specified in your invoice.

• Accepted payment methods include PixieSet Payments.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but you’ll always be honored the rate agreed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made [24 hours or more] in advance may be rescheduled once without a new deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

• In case of illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of the photographer.

4. Image Delivery & Edits

• Final edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks via online gallery.

• Raw or unedited images are not provided.

• Minor retouching is included; extensive editing requests may incur additional fees.

5. Copyright & Usage

• The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients receive personal-use rights (e.g. printing, posting on social media with credit).

• Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered without written consent.

• The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibility

• Arrive on time and prepared for your session.

• It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any preferences, ideas, or concerns prior to the shoot.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. Liability

• The photographer is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances during or after the session.

• If equipment failure or unforeseen incidents prevent image delivery, the photographer’s liability is limited to rescheduling or a refund.

All content on this website (images, text, logos, etc.) is owned by Hayley Reed Photography and protected by copyright. You may not use or reproduce any part without written permission.
